Team members begin as an entry-level sales representative. Our reps schedule appointments to introduce potential customers to CUTCO through one-on-one demonstrations. This can happen in person, in a client’s home, or online. It’s not your ordinary 9 to 5 position, and we’ve found that people enjoy the flexibility and opportunity the position provides.
Our reps earn a base rate of $20 per appointment they complete if they do not make a sale. Commissions are earned for sales made. This means you’re guaranteed to earn something for each qualified appointment completed, whether or not you close the deal. We pay you at the end of each working week so you can easily see the results of your hard work!
No, we don’t make you pay to work. Once you complete training to become a sales representative, you’re loaned a CUTCO sample set that has a retail value of $300. As long as you remain active in business, you’ll be able to borrow a sample kit for your demonstrations and show potential customers exactly how great our products are. If you eventually decide you don’t want want to continue promoting CUTCO, just send the sample kit back and you’re good to go.
There’s no experience necessary. We provide all the training you need to become an accomplished sales representative. The initial training seminar is a three-day program led by experienced CUTCO Professionals.
You can participate in these interactive, fun, and engaging sessions at a local office or online. We also offer ongoing training sessions and conferences so you can keep learning.
Applicants need to be at least 18 years old. Not yet 18? You’re welcome to apply if you’re 17 years old and have also graduated from high school. Successful representatives are committed, positive, and communicate frequently with their local office. This open line of communication is important because our offices are filled with supportive, fun, and experienced people who want to help you succeed at the level you desire.

We provide our own training. When reps get started, they show CUTCO to people they know to get some good practice. This will allow them to become comfortable with the process and make mistakes without having to worry too much. In training, we teach them how to ask customers for referrals, or leads, to others who might be interested in taking a look at CUTCO. This process ensures that you’re always connected to a potential client. Essentially we teach reps how to build their business and professionally network
